Quadriplegic MP to blaze trails on the Hill

Newly-elected Conservative MP Steven Fletcher, who is also the first quadriplegic elected to the House, will be accompanied by an aide inside the House Chamber and everywhere he goes in order to perform his Parliamentary duties properly once the House returns on Oct. 4.
