Liddar stripped of diplomatic post:DFAIT

Bhupinder S. Liddar has been rejected as Canada's new consul general to Chandigarh, India, five months after being named to the prestigious post by Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham and former prime minister Jean Chrétien, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade says.
