Prime Minister Paul Martin should set up an inquiry to determine why Bhupinder Liddar, a former journalist appointment as Canada's consul general to Chandigarh, India nearly two years ago, was wrongly denied security clearance by Canada'a spy agency to take up the job, says Independent MP David Kilgour.
