Four Liberal leadership candidates still haven't raised any money

Liberals say they're charting new territory under Bill C-24, but leadership candidates are 'really struggling' for money in this campaign.

Four out of the 10 official candidates seeking the leadership of the federal Liberal Party haven't raised any money for their leadership campaigns prior to registering with the Liberal Party headquarters and Elections Canada. Any money contributed to leadership campaigns before registration is not entitled to receive a tax receipt, say leadership campaign officials.
