Recount favours Liberals

Re: "Liberal leadership contenders can carry old debts into new campaign," (The Hill Times, Oct. 27, p. 1). I don't think any Liberal contender needs to worry about their loans. Chief Electoral Officer Marc Mayrand seems so tilted towards the Liberals that he will give them extensions to the day they die. They'll never have to repay those loans. It's the same with some judges. Why were only 28 boxes out of 184 recounted in Liberal MP Ujjal...
