Treasury Board won't commit to documenting GBA

Auditor General Sheila Fraser finds it 'astonishing' that PCO, Finance, and Treasury Board don't use gender-based analysis.

The federal government's three central agencies won't release any files or documents to prove to the Auditor General that in their day-to-day business of advising Cabinet they take into consideration how policy affects gender differently.
